Are purchases final sale?
Monell does not accept returns. All purchases be made mindfully. If you receive a faulty item, please reach out within 3 days of delivery at mon.ell(at)outlook.com.
When will I get my order?
After your payment is successfully processed, your order will be packed and prepared for delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Care instructions?
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Only non-chlorine bleach when needed. No fabric softeners.
Tumble dry low or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if needed.
Do not iron decoration.
Do not dry clean.
